3 ways to hire. 12 ways to win. US permanent staffing.
Mon-Fri 8am-7pm ETUS-wide

Why we exist

Operational staffing has its own rhythm. The submission matters more than the volume. Reliability, work history and the willingness to actually turn up Monday decide whether a warehouse associate or an office coordinator is still on the firm at six months. Generalist agencies treat operational hiring like any other category and miss the signals.

3 Twelve Staffing was set up to fix that. We are a US permanent staffing partner with one belief at the centre of the desk: a hire only works if both sides feel served. The employer gets a brief taken seriously, candidates delivered on time and a partner who knows the role's real shape. The candidate gets the truth about the work, the pay and the team, not a sales pitch.

What we do, plainly

We place permanent light industrial, distribution, office, customer service and skilled-trades staff for US employers across ten industries. Our desk is built around hires that stay - the brief, the vetting, the offer support, the day-7 / 30 / 90 follow-ups - every step geared toward six-month outcomes.

The roles we place most often:

  • Light industrial: production operatives, machine operators, packers
  • Distribution: warehouse associates, forklift operators, pickers/packers
  • Customer service: agents, CX specialists, team leads
  • Office: receptionists, admin assistants, office managers
  • Bookkeeping: bookkeepers, AP/AR, payroll specialists
  • Healthcare admin: medical receptionists, billing & coding
  • Skilled trades: industrial maintenance, electricians, welders
  • Manufacturing: CNC operators, QA inspectors, supervisors
  • Sales coordinators: inside sales, account coordinators
  • HR coordinators: TA coordinators, benefits admin, payroll

Who we work for

Our clients are US distribution operators, light-industrial and manufacturing firms, mid-market commercial businesses, and the back-office functions of larger enterprises. Mostly small to mid-market, with operations managers who want to spend less time on recruitment and more time on running the firm.

How we vet

Every candidate goes through:

  • Right-to-work / I-9 verification
  • Background check where the role requires
  • Reference contact with the previous supervisor or lead, not just HR
  • A practical conversation: shift, pay expectations, willingness to commute, notice period
  • Motivation captured in writing

How we think about a placement

A successful placement is not a resume submission. It is the moment six months later when the new hire is still on the firm, still showing up Monday and still good at the work. That is the only outcome that matters to us.

Our values, the short version

  • Do the brief properly. A 30-minute call up front saves a fortnight on the back end.
  • Tell the truth. If the pay is below market, we will say so.
  • One throat to choke. One partner per client, end to end.
  • Stand behind the work. Free replacement period on every placement.
  • Floor-level references. We talk to the people who actually saw the candidate work.

Recruiting for a permanent role?

One partner, a written brief, a vetted submission in 5-7 working days. That is how it should work.
